LG 1100 Mobile - Receiving pictures

My mum has an LG 1100 mobile. Whenever anyone sends her a picture message, she gets a message from Orange giving her a code to enable her to view it on the Orange website. It is a camera phone, so why don't the pictures come up in the message itself like they should? I have looked at the settings, but can't figure out whether it can be changed. What determines where the message is sent to?

Any help/advice would be great. Thanks.

I had this problem with my old phone as well.

I had to call my network provider and they gave me some settings via text and all I had to do was save them onto my phone. It's to do with the MMS, not all of them are enabled so the best thing is to speak to her network first to determine the problem. I was relieved after as I found it so annoying to log onto the computer everytime I got a picture message!

Good luck!
