Getting browsers to retrieve the most current website version

I am currently running a small website that is updated roughly once a month.

Even when I have uploaded the modified files using an FTP program, when people view the website, they still have to refresh each modified page individually to see the lastest version.

I am presuming this is because it is loading the site from the cache?? Is there a way to force the browser to load the current site each time, rather than from the cache??

I am using FrontPage 2000 and IE6 btw.

Thanks for any help!!
