Slight change of plan delayed things. Then I finally try to carve; the juices had run clear earlier, although the thermometer seemed suspect. And as I try to remove the leg, it looks like red juices ! Back in the oven while everything else gets cold. Glass of cider to dull the disappointment, no idea when to recheck. Might have been too ambitious taking the recipes from the Net. Had times to start things but previous dish took more time than it should so delays all along the process. Experience worth having but need to have recipes ingrained and instinctive next time.
