Just about finished this one but 39 Across, although containing clever wordplay appears to lack a definition. Or am I missing something ?
Is there a misprint in 1d? I cannot get a satisfactory reading syntactically. Should it be Dried-up grass flipping loved one(rather than loves one) into The Stones(5). Advice welcomed.
