A Swiss vigneron grows Chasselas vines on a terrace day slope.100 metres high.Each terrace is 2 metres above the one below,they are 300 metres long,planted with 2 rows of vines at 2 metres apart.Assuming each vine produces 1.5kg of grapes,and processing losses are 25% about how many 12 bottle cases of 75cl bottles will he produce.

I can work out the number of kg of grapes but I am not sure how that relates to cl. If ikg = 1 litre then i get an answer of 1925 bottles.
Maybe the setter has forgotten there will be 51 terraces not 50 (assuming the ground is used) or that there will be 151 not 150 vines per row assumiing they start at the start of the row

I think the answer may be that he won't produce any bottles as he is a wine maker.

I had:
51 terraces (0m to 100m at 2m intervals)
151 vines per row (0m to 300m at 2m intervals)
2 rows per terrace
Total vines = 15402
Multiply by 1.5 to get weight in kg then Multiply by 0.75 to allow for 25% wastage. This gives 17327 kg.
If 1kg = 100cl I divided the weight by (12*0.75)= 1925 bottles

I think that's what my scribble shows

How many cl of wine would 1.5Kg of grapes produce?

But you can work out the weight of the contents of a 75cl bottle.

Correct- as 25% is lost in the processing
My calculations assumed there are no additives. If there are then we need more info. I also assumed that 1 kg juice = 1 litre (as per water)- but that may not be correct
It might help. It says you get 150 gallons of wine per ton of grapes, but I'm not sure if they are US or imperial gallons. If imperial then 1kg = 75.168cl but I'm not sure whether this is before or after the 25% wastage. If after then it means my earlier answer of 1925 is okay, but if it's before the wastage then it's around 1440.
But I'm still not sure whether you have to allow for the sugar that's added or other additives. I suspect you don't need to allow for this as it would seem pointless specifying all this detailed info but then missing out some key data.

I wonder if Jim360, prudie, Buenchico, vascop etc have seen this.
