Hi Tilly

Sista has just told me that she would like a mattress topper for Christmas - now I know what to get.

I read on a posting that you love the Dorma one but I was wondering is it held on to the mattress with "elastics" or is it like a fully fitted sheet.

Thanks for you answer.

You could Google and save yourself some time

It appears to be elastics

It is elastics, Jennyjoan but it's very stable. It doesn't slip.

thanks - she so doesn't want elastics - I do think now they are not doing the "fully fitted ones" at all anywhere - I'll let her know and she can decide but I personally think she may as well try it out. She did have elastics before (I bought it) but when she saw elastics gave it away unknown to me. A cuppla years ago when my brother was ill - I was in cleaning his bedroom and changing beds - I found said "elastics" mattres topper. She had given it to him. She is a person who sorta doesn't give things a chance.

wonder what the answer removed were - were the nasty
No, JJ. There was one from a suspended person, so all related comments have also been removed. Nothing to worry about.
really? Answers usually only vanish if you've been banned altogether... anyway, my aching hip's been miles better after the application of a topper pad so she'll be delighted to get one.
How can you post if you are suspended ?
They are now suspended, weren't when they posted above.
Ok.

Hi Tilly2 - as you know I did want one (well sista wanted one without elastics).]

Went to fabric centre and bought what I needed for sewing machinist. - and all is with her .

dunelm (HOPELESS) - If this topper turns out good I'll will get myself one.

She wanted one that the "flap" turned underneath the mattress.

Next pressie apart from one or two items - thank god is money - the kids are 25-35.
Why were Dunhelm hopeless, JJ? They have at least twelve different types in our local shop.

Good idea getting one made though. Well done for that.
Question Author
the "flaps" that I needed was "bedding material" - Dunelem were upholstery - that is what they told me.

Anyway that's mainly my xmas pressie - all the rest are money pressies.

I have told sista - all I wanted was a "nice" Xmas sista card. She has noticed that I have "hidden" really beautifuly lamps - I just can't cope with the cleaning of them all.

that's it
Ok, JJ. x
