That's how I pronounced, Goethe, until I knew better. Do you remember mispronouncing anything?

i pronounced leominster as it appears until i heard someone say lemster
Having only ever read the book, it wasn't until the films were released that I realised that the dragon in The Hobbit was named Sm-ow-g and not Sm-or-g which is how I always pronounced it in my head.
I heard that too. Yes I said or-rie for a long time before the correct way to say awry was pointed out to me.
I used to mispronounce ubiquitous in a very strange way. A long time ago I must add !

and he said Kezia as rhymed wid isaiah ?

we named my daughter kuh-zee-uh
or perhaps it was kezzy-uh
