murray I asked you this question on another site - but why do you get up so early in the morning amongst others - is your day not too long. Do you go to bed at 7pm lol.

Suffered insomnia all night - was typing emails here at 4am - I could cry.

some of us don't need vast amounts of sleep....I'm usually to bed around 11-11.30, radio and book for half an hour and then up sometime between 5 and 6.15. shower and morning nuptials, some small jobs and try to go to GMEB around 6.45 to 7.....

hi Conne ....I have terrible sleeping patters am always wide awake by about 3am whatever time I go to bed...although usually I go to bed around 10.30 ..I lie awake reading, watching telly..on AB or listening to radio 'till around 1am..sometimes , if lucky I have a half hour in the afternoon when I am not too busy dojng other stuff !

Mintie,I too get up early. Two of my granddaughters were asking me why I got up so early. One said to the other " You shouldn't ask her that,because that's what old ladies do.

To all those who get up early bully for yous all - I do like to say I can get up at 10am before that I am a zombie and I go to bed around 11pm.

what is gmeb by the way. is that a way of saying "goodness me by god that was good".

Dog gets out around about 3-5pm - when the kiddies are in the park cos I am nervous all other times - so there Baldric.
