How are we all on what seems to be a relatively lovely spring afternoon. I'm not too bad thinking about settling down for an hour with yet another book, before I make a start on tea.

Very well thanks - just over half an hour to go at work, home for tea, then off to youngest daughter's house to help her with her college biology assignment (I'm too old for homework!!!!!)

Have a nice evening.
Hi queenie. It's been a lovely day down here in NW Leicestershire. What's for tea tonight?

Thank you Andy. Hope you have a pleasant evening too - and that the homework isn't too hard. I enjoyed Biology after a fashion but I never got to sit my Final exam :(

Hi Mazie...that's good hope you have enjoyed it :) it's Mince and Tatties tonight - one of my favourites (OH doesn't like it :/)
Yes, it's a beautiful day so far. I should really be out in the garden but don't really feel like gardening today. I have to be in the mood. I'm doing some quizzes instead. Your menu sounds lovely, a favourite of many folks, one of mine too. Enjoy.
Im looking forward to a nice home made chicken curry, we got a curry thing going on and learning to cook curries the Indian way, with all basic ingredients as opposed to out of a packet, going really well, the smell is delightful!!

Cant wait!!!
Mince and Tatties my OH favourite queenie.. Curry for us tonight as well RATTERS

I know the feeling butterbun. My new garden needs a tidy but I'm not ready, it's been a while since I had a garden. I also have letters to writer but I like yourself am not in the mood to put pen to paper just now. I will do :)

Sounds good Ratter. Have you found a nice Korma yet? That's the only curry I can tolerate but I've never found one I like. I bet your house smells fabulous though

If I ever move in with OH Mazie...I'll send your OH my OH's lol. He loves Macaroni Cheese, which used to be my favourite until my IBS took a dislike to it, making it in Satuday for his birthday though. Mebeverine on standby!
We havent delved in to kormas yet, I imagine we will soon though!
Question Author
If you do Ratter please let me know. Enjoy tonight's Curry though
It must be spring here. I've just been along our local High Street and the morris men are dancing there.

Question Author
Chaptazbru I have just started Living Dead in Dallas, it's a Sookie Stackhouse novel. I just finished Skinners Ordeal, I just fancied something different. All my friends are recommending books but they are all girly books and I'm not a girly book person.

Aww least you got some sun...back on Antibiotics bad toes :(
no. again :(
Hi, Queenie.....a lovely day here too but I had a rare shopping trip to do.... fabric for me and lining for the daughter's curtains.....she's promised this is the last pair she asks me to do....I doubt it.....

Had a call last night from friends asking if I fancied a few days away birding... do I ever!.....and this weather makes it even more inviting....

Love to Nun....x

Sadly, yes Anne, although it has been a good 4-5 months I think since I last had antibiotics, it doesn't help that people keep standing on them. I was only there 3 weeks ago and not due back until end of next month but they haven't been right since I was there. Someone said even though I'm swimming I could have picked up a nasty from the changing rooms at the pool.

Aww I'm glad Gness. Forgive me if I am wrong...how did your giant Snakes and Ladders go? I never knew you were so crafty Gness :) Good luck with the curtains :) sounds good though to get away...enjoy :) I'll pass that on to her, she's fiddling about with buttons or fiddly things just now so don't want to disturb her. x
