At least they would not be protected by the European Court of Human Rights

/// Abid Naseer was one of a dozen men arrested in Britain in 2009 on suspicion of plotting an attack on shopping centres in Manchester. ///

/// No explosives were found but the men were ordered to leave the country. Mr Naseer avoided deportation after a judge ruled it was likely he would not be safe if he returned to Pakistan. ///

/// Mr Naseer said at the time he went to the UK to gain a degree, not to attack the West. ///

/// UK officials arrested him again in 2010 at the request of US prosecutors. He was eventually deported after losing an appeal at the European Court of Human Rights. ///

And it would absolve us of any responsibility.
What even if they are not wanted there??
Not being bound by the ECHR is not solely a reason to justify extradition to the US in all cases

Each case would surely have to be judged on its own merits before such a process occurred?
I thought we had a special agreement where the US could get pretty much who they liked, not that it seems to be reciprocal.

Or is that just for businessmen the left leaning Euro lot despise?
There is an issue for serious crimes of the U.S. Death penalty
I repeat my earlier question though

They are all potential threats to the US.
You can't extradite someone to a country just because they are a potential threat (!)
Indeed there's a fair chance they wouldn't want them
What ur Syria decided to start extraditing its 'potential threats' to the UK on the grounds that they are a 'potential threat' to us?
Extradition occurs when someone is wanted for a crime in that country
