My Samsung Galaxy 3 keeps telling me that I cannot open any more new tabs until I close some current ones down.I have tried to do this without success,can anyone help please.

Top of page shows open links. Tap the XTo close links. OR address bar, (below top links) tap the star pennant, go to History, open bottom left of page Menu & scroll to Delete all (clears history).
