Stupidly said I would do a rhyming treasure hunt and now see it as a point of honour to complete the damn thing. Still have eight clues to do and have got 'writers block' - it's getting tough to make up rhymes about road signs (which are mainly about dogs not crapping (like they can read)). Arrrgghhh!!!
I know the world is full of "if onlys" but I had had kept the rhymes I used for Queenie when she was small I'd be able to give you a hand - our hunt was all over our house things hid in the washing machine, or in the bathroom, or on the mat where the post landed that sort of thing if you think it would help I could try to invent some but I need a wee bit more info, in your house, garden that sort of thing
It's all a bit tenuous really, as it's based on things that are not going to move between now and when they do the hunt. They have to solve one to get the next clue with the prize being in the garden of the gran of the other kids.
anyone who can be inspired by solar panels is alright in my book - doubt I could have come up with something
All I can come up with are based in the house - like the ones I did for Queenie some 20 odd years ago
verrry interesting about the doggy doodahs Sher, like the solar panel one
Don't suppose you have a drinking fountain nearby? Just off the top of my head, playing with words
Starkle starkle little twink
where's the next clue? Have a think
you're thirsty and far from home
where do you go to have a drink?
