I contacted the quiz setter sometime ago and he confirmed county is a typo. Should be country. A pity he didn't let people know.

I thought I had emailed the correction to all email addressees, but when I saw fleurbird's post I checked and I hadn't.
I have made the correction as I've emailed or posted new requests.
Out of interest, of the 9 replies received to date 8 have gone for a country name. I will take due account when marking.
