21 across: 'Mad Rose, though round the bend, can make up dance steps'; 8 letters and the ones I have are: ' R _ _ _ I _ E _
Finally, 4 down: 'A dagger at the scene of the murder?'; two words of 7 and 4 letters: _ O _ N _ _ _ C _ _ _
