Tell them you will take the time to share with them if they pay you money first.

Some might. People who have contracts and must pay annual fees but never use their timeshare for some reason would be prime targets for these chancers.

It's my guess that the supposed purchaser in this case would want your bank details to transfer payment to you. That could then mean your bank balance going down to zero.
