I have just had a lovely cuppa and chat with a friend in the local garden centre.

The knowledge that by Sunday, my daughter and three of my grandchildren will be back home from Germany - not just visiting but back to stay. As their furniture won't be shipped for a week they will effectively be 'camping' in their home, an adventure for the children.

I have had an online shop delivered with lots of delicious grub for their arrival.

Always worry a bit about the long drive they are making but sure all will be well.

happy that my wee dog is still living for another day. At moment - neighbour is doing my garden with cable extending 2 houses. That makes me happy all the time.

Heard today that I will become a great grandma in December. My first one and I am absolutely delighted. Just a pity grandson and wife live in Sweden.
