Once again the RT publishers have failed to deliver my copy of the Radio Times. Last week it did not arrive until Thursday. I expected it on Wednesday. When I phoned them, they were unhelpful.
Has anyone else not received their copy by post?

You must have been put through to someone having a bad day! This week, as is usual, my subscription copy arrived today (Tuesday). On the rare ocassion that one has gone astray I have found them to be most helpful invariably putting another one in the post. However, I tend not to phone, but send them an e-mail. It would be interesting to learn what happens if you ignore the unhelpful telephone response you received and e-mailed them without referring to the call.
