TIPS is novel arrangement of first letters of stationmasters in popular timeless.
IRIS comes out of every 3rd letter of Editorships, plus S for Sun.
One puzzling me is 22 across: With change of direction hits clapped-out vehicles. Looks like CROCKS. But why?
