I thought of BLOC, but can't quite see why.
Nor can I, but if letters are reversed and B is a position, it makes some sense. Don't like this puzzle.

Someone's just posted on the club site, that it is the hardest Sunday Times for years. I certainly found it so.
11d Committee representing everything in London. I have 'working party', but can't see the London connection....

I've just posted it. All right so BLOC it is. I had WORKING PARTY as well. The London connection was a bi tenuous, but the whole crossword is like that. Thanks.
