A new month, a new game and a new setter so how did it go?
Did you pick up your ballpoint to write down the options and then went for something else?

Was the whole thing so depressing that you sat on a bar stool at the local cocktail bar and asked the bartender for a ground-breaker?
'King Jim' has just assumed the throne and set you a challenge that I can now reveal was:

Second player, Paulineward dug into the points with GROUND BREAKER for 2 points. Grannydi later picked up a single.
The first of the bar props was ROCKFORDILL who shared his BAR STOOL with beejay1124, patchett & middlestump - all drinking doubles. Other hangers-on at the bar were kawakiri, boxtops and regward drinking singles.
At 9:03, Strix bought his way out of the 'Freefall Club' by being first past the WINNING POST (2 points), followed by cliffyg and cupid04 for one point
The final link held out for most of the day, until Euphemia finally got the point of the game for her 2 points (BALL POINT)
I therefore declare that for finding that last elusive link, Euphemia is Hotshot of the Week
