Does anyone have a copy of a recipe that appeared in the issue of Radio Times dated 18-25 June 2011? It was for a chocolate and cherry cake but I managed to throw the RT away before cutting it out and haven't been able to get hold of a back issue.

was it taken from a programme or particular chef? that may help you track it down

Thanks - the Christmas Luxury ring isn't the recipe I wanted, but there are some nice recipes in the leaflet which I may well use in the future!

The recipes weren't from a particular programme and I can't remember if there was a chef named as the author. I have been through the entire Radio Times website and about the only thing I couldn't find was information from previous issues!
