So, here's a business ... (imagine it was your business)

It has a uniquely attractive product.

It is popular all over the world.

It has a monopoly which no one can break.

It has over 600,000 weekly customers, and several hundred millions spin-off customers.

TV stations fight for the rights to work with it.

Money flows into the business like a tidal wave of cash.

It has a turnover of £2.1billion.

And ... with all those golden plus points ...

... the business has lost ... £484,000,000.00

Surely the Premiership is the most unsuccessful business on the planet ?

You see why I quite liked it in League One !!

The Fans of all Clubs are bled dry in order to satisfy the cravings of a 'dodgy' Business !!
Actually the Premiership clubs are bled dry by the excessive salaries they believe they have to pay their players. Most Premiership clubs are spending more than 85% of their income on salaries.

No normal business can sustain that level of costs.
When it's reported that Michael Owen(salary circa £50,000/week) says that the tickets for the Champions League final are expensive makes you wonder why anybody bothers to turn up every week to put money in the pockets of people like him.

If these so called "stars" were paid what they're worth then the tickets wouldn't be so expensive in the first place.
