<Channel 4 executives allowed the comedian to use two of the most racially offensive terms in the English language during his show Tramadol Nights. >
using racially offensive terms doesn't necessarily mean one is a 'racist' especially when used acting out a role - otherwise we might have to reassess Warren Mitchell

surely the key decision is whether the use of the language is intended to propogate the view that a particular race is inferior to others
<racist - a person with a prejudiced belief that one race is superior to others>
I would judge that Garnett and LTN were both presenting the racist as a figure of ridicule
How Boyle was using 'racist language' i don't know but was he demonstrating or encouraging a view of racial inferiority?
