why when the whole country is having a heatwave do we on the east coast of scotland have a mist nearly all day does it mean that our heatwave will be here shortly

i visited york a few weeks ago
had a very pleasant time there
considering it was sacked by willie walace
the folk were still kind and considerate lol

at last a sane voice well elgin i live in monifieth a great little place we were in forfar today and it was brilliant however when we came home the mist decended rather quickly it is now up to our front doors
