Not sure what glac means, but reidh an sceal directly translates as "ready the story". As the second bit - thats a common phrase - "girl, and sleep well" (or directly "safe sleep to you")
glac means catch
So I suppose it means "get ready for the story girl, and sleep well" - maybe talking about a bedtime story or somthing. Whats the context?
