I used to sing a version of this at Girl Guides - it went something like this: (written as you'd say it!)
'flea, flea fly, flea fly flow, kumbaladi kumbaladi kumbaladi vista, oh no, no no no vista.'
It was led by one or two people, and each line (ie, at each comma) was repeated by everyone else.
