Will i be safe putting a brown permanant hair dye on my hair that has blonde streaks.

You might go green! I do believe you need to put the red back into your hair before using the brown.

I have put brown dye on my dyed blond hair and it has been fine, but if i was you i would do a strand test first to be on the safe side.
