What's the word or phrase you would use when you will do something, even though you never said you would originally do it? It is a business type term. Thanks

"Without Prejudice" is not the phrase you need. This is what you would use to negotiate a possible agreement without the details of the offer being disclosed to a court. Norag seems to be closer to what you need to say. Your terms of business would remain the same despite not originally agreeing to do it.
