Are you from Yorkshire? That is our county saying you've quoted

I have to admit there is a slight similarity between Yorkshire folk and you haggis munchers

I'm a Londoner loving in Yorkshire. Mrs MM is a Yorkie though and her Grandfather often said this.
I get most of this but I can't figure out what "do it for the sen." means.
