Hi mazie it's got to be a thriller - love Michael Connelly's books. But just now I'm reading Lisey's Story by Stephen King and it's been an absolute slog but it started to liven up on page 563 lol
Never, ever read in bed. Bed is for one thing, no two things, only.
I had to live in digs in Bradford for a month once................I read the entire Gideon's Bible.

Craft put me on to Lee Childs...so when I've finished the book I'm reading (dont ask, It's a slog too) I intend to start on those...Right. I'm off. Night x
Any of the Peter James crime thrillers starring Roy Grace.
I've never read any Lee Child or Peter James novels - are these the 'un-put-down-able' sort?
I really want to read in bed but I'm too tired and it gets too late for me to start reading. I'm still waiting to start Dan Browns the Lost Symbol.
My bedtime reading are my emails - cant read in bed for some reason..... - oh and of course i have a silk cut before i get in ;-)

Daily Sport man myself
I love Lee Child's books......I've just finished his latest one.
That's an odd coincidence. I've just finished Lisey's Story and started The Lost Symbol. I know what you mean JMR about Lisey's Sory, it's all a bit weird. Didn't really enjoy it.
love to read in bed, susan lewis books have been great, I'm trying john grisham at the moment, read his latest last week, enjoyed it so giving another of his a try. i have to sit up with the book propped on my knees though or I get too tired & fall asleep!!!

Hi Jan I nearly posted on here to see if anyone had finished Lisey's Story - the first 500 pages could have been condensed into 50. I don't know how many times I've nearly slung it in the bin - I've got 40 odd pages to go then it's going straight to a charity shop.
Thanks Tony I'll look out for that one. Fortunately JMR I didn't buy it. I live in sheltered housing and we have our own library. Not one of Stephen King's best.
In the past 26 days, I feel that I've read every book ever written.

I'm presently re-reading 'Persuasion'.
