its been very muggy with thundery showers for the last few days here in the midlands, I hate it!
None at in Essex yet though the clouds are getting darker and darker.
SW London, I think it might just miss us although it rained heavily when I got up for work at about 7 this morning.

im in the midlands so know what you mean, but it seems we are getting very heavy rain later this evening
getting dark here in bean(nr bluewater) gonna pi55 down soon!!
The rain is due in the night, thankfully, so we won't get wet going to work in the morning here in NW London! I watch the forecast on the BBC UK Weather map on the internet, and it does change all the time. It is extremely humid here this evening. Have been out in the garden cutting leaves off the pear tree that are affected by rust (never had this before - orange spots on the leaves). Fantastic year for pears, though.
I dont mind the rain, its the heat/mugginess, I had to put a bed together yesterday and I was dripping sweat it was soo warm.
I like it when it`s all humid, muggy and thundery. Reminds me of hot summers as a child.
Yep, it lobbed it down at midday here in Kent, it's OK now but overcast, but there was about an inch of water in my garden bucket that wasn't there this morning. It's gone very muggy again though.
Well I'm down south at the 43rd parallel, and it's been raining continually for most of the morning. But, it's 24 degrees and not too bad really.
We've just got rid of high winds and tremendous rainfalls in Yorkshire.....good luck.
I'm on Romney Marsh (East Sussex/Kent borders) - we've had heavy rain on and off for most of the day - bit muggy - my garden has certainly welcomed it - is more forecast for this evening then?
It has been very muggy with heavy showers, just as 237 mentioned earlier. I vacuumed downstairs, and then meant to do the ironing. I left the ironing until later, - too hot and sweaty.
Craft, would that be 'Yorksha'?:)
