My partner and I are trying for a baby. After having implanon removed my period returned the next month and having a 26 day cycle. I was hoping I may be pregnant this month but my period arrived, but I know it can take a while so not overly worried at the moment. But whilst looking at one of th baby web sites this morning read that even if you have regular periods, you dont always ovulate which i didnt know before. We are having regular sex so im not so worried by when im ovulating more so about IF, but now thinking if im not, all the action may be wasted in terms of baby making!
So is it a case of some months you ovulate some you dont regarldess of having regular periods and that is just normal? Or if you dont ovulate at all that indicates a bigger problem?
(However my period did come a few days early this month thinking about it so now I am thinking is this spotting and I am pregnant? How long should spotting last- just a day or longer? Its a lot brighter than usual which now makes me wonder!)
