How many calories can you burn when having sex ?. I realise that this is going to depend on how long you are "exercising" for, and whether you take an active role, but I can't find the answer anywhere. Which would you rather do - Get sweaty in the gym, or get sweaty in bed ???

Sex uses about 200 calories an hour - abput the same as a gentle cycle. Which do I prefer? Depends on the weather!

why dont you have sex in the gym then you are hitting two birds with one stone! (ie shoulder presses whilst doggy style)
