when you get a question band on answer bank who makes that decision and by what criteria do they make that decision
iv had 6 removed now in 2 years and i didnt mean to

The site is monitored by an Editor who wull remove Questions and Answers if they are deemed to be unacceptable for a number of reasons - the most obvious being profanity, explicitness, abuse, incitement, and so on.
On occasions, threads are removed because they have, or show potential to be contentious, and personal abuse is creeping into answers.
All that said, some content is removed for reasons that are anot always apparent, but I am sure the ED. will advise if you contact him or her to discuss.
As someone who has edited an AB section (Music) in its early incarnation, I would abide by the above rules, and just try and make sure that people communicate effectively, without offending or hurting each other.
