i had my legs waxed yesterday and think the skin on my calves was very dry. i have hug red patches there now and it seems the top layer of my skin has come off. what do you suggest i do to help it heal? ive put savlon on already. i was hoping to put fake tan on but think these patches would look darker, also will the skin grow back, will it peel first? the edges look a bit flakey already, i have never had this happen before, it will look dreadful on holiday, just like ive been scaled!

You're probably allergic to the wax bubbles. I wouldn't put anything on it yet. See how it goes after a couple of days.
You could use what our GP gives me for dry flaky skin, it`s called Doublebase a highly moisturising and protective hydrayting gel. We find it very good and soothing.
