someone posted on here a while ago about a book written by Mrs Jolley, my part-timer at work has lent it to me and i have just read it and it is brilliant, it has helped alot, certainly brought some comfort, thanks to whoever it was that mentioned it here, the woman who works for me had totally forgotten about it, now it is doing the rounds at work!
