lol your prob jealous because you cant whistle, nothing wrong with being happy and whistling, intoduce her to me...whistle, whistle
ahh pastafreak - commutting gets my goat. It's over crowded...people seem to adore tapping their newspaper on my head, jabbing their bag in to my side, yawning and not covering their mouth and so on, you get so close to people you don't know I'm surprised I'm not with child. This morning to add the icing on the cake there were three people surrounding me with loud music playing out of their earphones. Even typing about it is making me a bit tetchy, so I'll stop! :D

Know what you mean. My son has moved back home after splitting with his partner of 12 years. ( He's 38 ) When he gets up for work in the morning he first of all starts coughing and then whistling, then blows his nose really loud. Does my head in. ( But I love him, no matter what.)
( Enters thread whistling happily ).........

Hi pasta sweets , no really I can't actually whistle at all , never have been able to. I dislike that sharp loud clap Gordon Ramsay does with the back of one hand into the palm of the other !
lol @ bigmamma - re: enters thread comment! :)
Pasta -deep breaths- and relax..............want a massage -glass of wine -just chill cos really that is just like a dripping tap -you dont notice it if you have other things to focus on- but believe me if you are all over the place you pick on the most innocious thing and thats what grates on your nerves -not the core root of what is reallty bugging you -now exhale...............

That better hun xxxx
Hiya pasta, we had builders working on the house next door all last summer and one of them whistled constantly, he didn't even whistle a tune but just blew out these inaudiable notes between his teeth from 9.00am till 4.00pm every day, it got to the stage that I had to turn the TV or radio up louder to drown him out. I could have gladly thumped him, but he was bigger tha me.

i also hate old guys in shops....whistling away while the wife shops. GRRRR!!......LOL-dris...know where i can get a quickie course in meditation!??
pasta, I've got the old sly elbow scenario down to a tee :D.....There was one guy snoring next to me the other day and then coughing (not that an individual can help that but cover your mouth people, cover your mouth). My eyes were angry bulging so much I thought they were going to fall out. In the end I just couldn't cope anymore, and made a phone call and discussed grubby b0llocks grubby habits and he still didn't get it. I power walked back from the station that night. Power walked I tell thee.
