Freezing apples once cooked

Can i ? got a load of them here and i want to make an apple crumble with them but not till the end of the month so can i freeze them once cooked

i freeze loads every year - some stewed and sweetened ready for pies and crumbles, some just sliced without sugar - it all depends on how much water a fruit or vegetable has, if its not that watery it will freeze (strawberries wiil freeze but as they are quite watery they will colapse when defrosted)
Blanch, cool, portion, bag and freeze.

They will be quite muashy when defrosted so why not add some other fruit to the crumble like raspberries or blueberries to add texture to the fruits...
