i am overdrawn at the bank . should i get a loan to clear it ? Every time my wages are payed in , the bank are taking it to cover the overdrafed. I am getting deeper in debt because they are charging me something like 35 a month for going into the overdrafed. Cheers

You could get a cheap unsecured consolidation loan, depending how much you are overdrawn. At least then you can get your current account back in positive.
Have you explained things to the bank? these charges can be claimed back (I believe) but if you talk to the bank and explain that while they are making these charges you have no chance, you may be able to come to some arrangement with them. Worth a shot anyway.
What Postdog says is correct, I've just got back 1200 in bank charges and have another 4500 coming back (yes I know I'm crap with money) through financial recoveries. They do everything for you from getting the statements to writing the court docs and charge you a percentage. I think its 10% for over 1000, but its money for nothing and you just sit back and wait for the cheques to roll in.
