Help! Doing some online shopping and I confused. Which is the shorter skirt, the mini or the pelmet? I can't really tell from the photo's on the website (topshop).

A pelmet skirt is a TYPE of mini skirt so either way its a short skirt. Just as pencil, puffball, and asymmetric are types of skirts
