Any suggestions? I am currently eating Pilgrim's Choice Extra Mature Cheddar and it goes in to crumbs instead of slices. Do you know of a cheese that will slice rather than crumble?

It's a very expensive way of buying cheese. I sometimes want thick slices, sometimes thin. I know how to use a knife and am well able.

Pre-sliced cheese is fine for those who maybe aren't as dexterous as they could be but it's not for me,

danny, they usually crumble anyway if they are proper cheese.

Barry, CC should fit the bill, slices without crumbling and has a great flavour.
