I've been promising thy Lord and master for ages that I'd make it, QoM.
I love a good Toad In The Hole - dad always insists on beans. I love making it too.

But sounds heavenly..enjoy it!
Cant get inspired with anything since watching a bread n butter pudding scrambled on this morings tv.

Jellied eels feels right to awaken my appetite.
sounds good and a glass of Brouilly with it, but then you are off the red grape juice.

DT, I do still enjoy a tiny splash of wine or the odd Guinness.
It's going to have to be butter chicken. I really fancy prawn thokku but I'm in India and I think I might be pushing my luck with seafood. Followed by a glass of sweet lassi.

237, that sounds lovely. I did find a nice recipe earlier for Cardamom butter chicken.

Proper Friday night fayre, Margo.
I will be doing a chicken stir fry with noodles and shop bought spring rolls.
Going German....bratwurst, herbed potatoes, sauerkraut, senf (sweet mustard...and lots of cold German bier!
Waitrose Sicilian lemon tart with thick yoghurt (obs not German!)

Sounds lovely, Sharon. Duck spring rolls are my favourite. I don't find the veg ones very appetizing.
Oh yummy - I adore vegetable spring rolls and samosa, I could just eat a plateful of them on their own.
I'm doing toad tonight, as well. Can't wait!
Chicken and mushroom risotto.
Ham salad with jacket potatoes.
Risotto is a favourite of mine Danny,I do a nice butternut squash, leek and bacon one
I've had a bowl of carrot and coriander soup and a seafood salad.

Might have a baked potato later.
i love risotto, have one every week.
spatchcocked spicy chicken to be served with mash, stuffed mushroom, a roasted beet, and steamed french beans and mangetout.
