Acute Oncology this evening (Wednesdays are my lates).

Home to cook Salmon and Vegetables for dinner.

First will be persuading my laptop to work. Then I have a thrilling day of legal stuff and housework. Interspersed with refereeing the cats and keeping the teenager amused. I know how to live. ....

Then home to do some bits and pieces - weather will dictate whether its inside or outside jobs.
With a bit of luck sat down with my tea and feet up by 6pm - the mrs is doing spag bol

NoMercy, I realise now that you work in those clinics, havin read MurrayMints' post. I had first thought that you had to attend them all as a patient! Oh dear, that would have been dreadful.
