Would al; the brexiters be running around like headless chickens trying to find ways we could ignore a democratic decision by the people? I for one said before that I would accept it, yes I'd moan a bit but I would not be running round hysterically trying to reverse the decision. Remainiacs, you lost, get over it.

What a country of snivelling, whinging, pathetic, cry baby jerks we seem to have become. Well, 48% of the country.

Exactly. They would be telling us to 'get over it' in gleeful tones.
The difference is that lots of people who voted Leave now regret it. If Remain had won, it would have been as most expected and everyone would probably have accepted it.
I can only speak for myself, and, like a number here on the site, feel depressed at my fellow citizen's decision, but accept the result for now.

But I'd be aware that today's government can not bind the actions of a future one, and hope the country has the sense to reconsider the matter again in, say, 25 to 35 years.
17 threads, by you alone, since Friday morning.......and all saying the same thing.

I can only be grateful that *your* side won......God knows what you'd be like if the result had gone the other way!
How many more 'Get Over It' threads do we need? Goodness gracious!
Not sure that calling those who voted to remain "traitors" and "collaborators" can be described as "moaning a bit" more like having a weird sense of democracy.

jo: "the difference is that lots of people who voted Leave now regret it" - how can you possibly know that? Kelvin McKenzie conned you with a stunt!
I'm not sure it's reasonable to hold the entire site to ransom just because other ABers are posting things with which you disagree...
Farage had already said that if it was 48 to 52% for remain he would consider that a reason for a second referendum. It did turn out 48 to 52% but the opposite of what he expected. Strangely I don't hear him complaining now!
//The difference is that lots of people who voted Leave now regret it//

How many?? (Err loads) Perhaps "lots of people" who voted in now regret it. More to the point, who cares?
I'm going by what I've heard on radio, tv and talking to people who voted Out.
Wouldn't dream of whinging or posting a thread about it, the votes were cast and counted, the result stands.

Future may be uncertain but the sun will still rise.
As far as I can tell it's the Brexit gang that are harping on about it. The remains tend to give their opinions on posts like this. I've only seen one bitter thread started by a remainer.

You carry on talking absolute bull though....
Farage is the leader of UKIP, eddie. The clue is in the name.
"Farage had already said that if it was 48 to 52% for remain he would consider that a reason for a second referendum."

Or at any rate "unfinished business".

Perhaps the best way of putting it, TTT, is this: we still believe in the general correctness of our arguments, even if they have been rejected by the majority. But continuing to explain what the dangers might be is a part of trying to shape the future we have now in the best way possible. It's not about trying to overturn the result, or undermine democracy, or sour grapes.

As mention twice before in different threads, anyone, Farage included, can say something stupid on occasion. And realise that later.

Ive answered that 1000 times eddie, he's ukip, he wants to get us out of the EU he'd have a 1000 referendums to get the answer. Why is it so difficult to grasp?

why would he complain he's 1 and 0 for 1 100% success.

sp all 17million Brexiters were drugged by farage were they jo? The remainiacs get ever more desperate.
