Sam........beautiful weather......but interment cloud build up.
This time of the year in Spain, my first thoughts would be allergic rhinitis rather than a cold. Is it watery nasal discharge, any sneezing, itchy eyes and due you have a history of pollen allergy?

What did the Doc say or give you?

I don't usually get hayfever. She gave me Pectox Lisina, gave me an antihistamine jab in my bot, and angileptol to suck. But I have to admit I feel better now, just been to the hairdressers. No itchy eyes, and mucus was quite thick. Sore throat kept me and Mr. Sam ( in sympathy) awake all night.

Got through some great podcasts though.
Sounds reasonable to me.
Our UK friends wouldn't have heard of Pectox Lisina.

Ah they don't know what they are missing. I just wonder if I am more vulnerable now after the radio frequency blasts
No you are not more vulnerable to "colds."
