Horrible Weather !

We are having a tremendous hail-sleet storm at the moment !

I haven't seen it so bad for a long time. I have to drive up to Cardiff for a meeting this morning, but I wish it was a duvet-day instead !

Started cold and rainy yesterday so I dressed for the weather. By the time I finished work it was really mild and I was sweating like pig on my walk home with my shopping.

This morning I haven't had to put the heating on or use use my blanket....

How things change, we now have gone very dark, have high winds and a rain/sleet mix of Biblical proportions. If the Dog wants a walk he's on his own ;o)

I was caught in a vicious hail storm with really strong wind on the way to work. It's beautiful out now, if still a cold wind!

Balmy weather.This morning it was snowing quite heavily and now the snow has melted and we have bright sunshine.

It is absolutely freezing here in London. When I went out I was wrapped up in hat, scarf, gloves, vest, t shirt, jumper, thick tights, trousers, boots and the wind whipped through me. Brrrrr.

I think we must be living in a bubble. At noon, I was informed that Driffield (about 10 miles south) had 4" of snow - a tree-surgeon who had abandoned his job there and come to us instead. 10 mins. later someone told me that the hill at Sledmere was closed (just a few miles away). We went shopping (Northerly) and had nothing. It's raining now.
