Have mucked about with them in various parts of the world. I went to one in India who tells you how old you will be when you die (I told him not to tell me). Personally, I think the whole thing is a load of rubbish.
1. No
2. Hokum
I've probably been about 4 or 5 times mainly because my mum was really into it. It is mainly rubbish however a couple told me things that were going on in my life that they could not possibly have known which took me aback. I have an open mind.
Nope but My Mum is into things like that... She did a Tarot reading for me if that counts... I think I was too sceptical.... none of it came to fruition.

Many years ago my uncle bumped into a psychic on Blackpools front knocking her coffee all over her... she was not pleased and had a few choice words. My Uncles reply was "If your that good you would have seen that coming".
no never have and I won’t.
You never see the headline "Psychic wins the lottery", and then theres this,

Yes, many years ago,
I made notes at the time.
Scarily accurate.

care to eleborate Baldric?
Baldric - were the scarily accurate details about things that had already happened in your life?
I went to see one when I was about 16/17 years old. Only thing I can remember is she told me she saw a man in uniform and alcohol (I thought she was referring to my biological father who was a policeman) - days later I got caught under-age drinking :(

///about things that had already happened in your life?///

No, things to come, people I hadn't met, and very accurate, and I'm not easily conned.
inadvertently once..when visiting someone , the neighbour was in..she was a medium and told me lots of things that nobody else could possibly know...

Go on Murray, spill the beans ;-)
Not sure if I am ready for that!
no tellin' youse lot !! lol xx
Yes. I now know the whole thing was bunkum. I went to a Tarot reader who told me I wanted to change career to become a midwife - I'd given birth a couple of months earlier and my friend was waiting in the car with my baby, so not unlikely to want to help other women do the same. Another "psychic" told me to watch my iron intake - I was heavily pregnant at the time. I went to a Spiritualist Church which confirmed my feelings that it was an actual load of bunkum.
nailit, what are your views?

that was to murray...
No I've never visited one but I worked with a girl who would go religiously.

I like watching Colin Fry and was tempted to go when he held a show near me.
Visited a little Tell Your Fortune hut at the seaside once. She didn't know me at all. She said something which was very true about someone in my life that was an odd thing and not something that would apply to many people. I never forgot that.
