Catering Range Oven Advice Needed

We need a new gas range at work, and I've been assigned the task of researching the best/most reliable.
I'm familiar with Falcon...what other makes can be recommended? Bearing in mind we are a charity, would refurbished models be an option for us? Also,what is the difference in practical terms between the £1500 model and the one that costs double?
