Hi anne, Bum still a bit sore, and the ribs too, taking painkillers 4 times daily, i hate taking tablets but needs must.

yes take the pain killers, they can only do you some good .

Good morning,yes I am around but unfortunately I am just going out,maybe catch you later I hope,glad you are feeling a bit better although it must be really uncomfortable even to sit!!

Yes it is uncomfortable to sit-0, i don't have much padding around the bum area, maybe catch you tomorrow morning xx :-)
