I cannot understand why E cigarettes are banned in Pubs etc yet the government want cigarette packaging to be plain to discourage smokers.
I gave up 6 years ago and am still addicted to tobbaco. I would not like to go back to the days when a bar was full of dirty, smelly ash trays, a thick haze and your clothes smelling of stale nicotine for weeks. I see a couple of young chaps regularly puffing their E cigarettes in my local but very clandestinely as it is not allowed. The vapour does not smell and doesn't want to make me dash over the road and buy a packet of tobacco and papers. As far as I can see they are doing no one any harm apart, maybe themselves. If they are not to be encouraged to buy real tobacco why discourage them for using a substitute. It might help them give up entirely.
